The contrast between the matte surface and the glossy rim is even more striking in person, and the plate feels substantial without being heavy. It handled a full dinner spread beautifully at our barbecue.

The matte finish against the glossy rim looks even better in person than online, and the 260 mm size feels generous for a full dinner. I’ve used it for a casual weekday meal and it still felt elegant without being too fancy.

The matte finish with that subtle shiny edge is exactly what I wanted for casual dinners—it dresses up even a simple salad. I used them for a backyard lunch and the plates stayed cool to the touch, which was a nice surprise.
